Guys I am new to Navision report designing.I just want to know how can i select only those rows which has a flag which is set to true.
Pls help me.

Try something like that on OnPreDataItem triger:
Record.SETRANGE("Boolean Field", TRUE);

I wanted to write that as well but deceided that andrejsm solution would work so I didn't do it. 8-[
