Navigation Menu buttons in 4.00 taking up all screen

Surely quite a few people must have come across this problem before. What is the best way to resize the buttons without deleting ZUP file or upgrading to 4.00SP2?

try this tread, download the fix zup program, works good for us
Themave - thanks for the link.
Can't actually test it because the client lost her patience and deleted the zup file in the end.
