Appointments label property

Hi all,
we create appointments from navision in outlook calendars. Everything works pretty good...
Only thing i didn't figured out yet, is how to change the label property on an appointment. It would be enough simply to specify i'm using label 2 or 3 or something like that....
Any suggestions??
PS. I know there are some ocx's to do a lot of things, but i would like to keep the standard outlook automations if possible....
