Citrix environment problem

We are experiencing a problem with Navision in a Citrix client environment.

Sometimes the Navision logo stays put on screen and the application hangs. Reviewing the event viewer , it states :

Hanging application fin.exe, version 3.70.0.14068,
hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0,
hang address 0x00000000.

The users are logging on with Windows authentication ...

Please , any suggestions are welcome !

Hi,
I've got the same trouble but with TSE, i've deleted the fin.zup for the user and it seems to work for me.

Can you explain a little bit more.
You are in Citrix (Nfuse or client access).
Did you have a farm or a load balancing something like that.

May be that this problem is solved in 3.70B client. Check this...
