Best free BLOG site

Hello,

I am searching for new BLOG server, where I can create my own BLOG (because there is limit on the eponym which is too low for me - 100MB transfer limit per month). Do you know about some nice-looking (simple looking) ad-free blog server for free?

I want to have blog not just for Navision and things around but private blog too (Pictures etc.)

I have started http://navitips.blogspot.com at BlogSpot just because that seems to be the most popular blogsite, but I am now not happy about it: I cannot upload pictures, I cannot assign posts to categories, and the page is slow as hell.

Yes, you can see it on their register page... you just send e-mail with info...
