Which is the best RSS feed to use from here?

Hi Guys,

I am trying to setup an RSS feed from here on my website, I am using DotNetNuke 4, and the News RSS Module, I have created a template.xls to format the date and html ok.

I can get the feed from here OK, but any links inside the body do not work, which feed would be the best for new site visitors?

I have also a feed from http://dynamicsusers.org/ but the Images are messing up the feed, does anyone know how to deal with this in the RSS Template xml?

I have cheated with the smiles, but if they embedded an image how would I display it?
