Intercation - Phone Call

Hello,

I want to create a Intercation-Template for Phone-Calls that open's a Word-Template (or even an empty Document) where the User can write down Information about the Phone-Call ( What he has talked to the other Person). I tried to do this but how ever I configure the Interaction-Template Navision only dials the number but doesn't open my Word-Document.

Please help me (this must be posssible ! Or? )

Need more information.

What have you setup for this? I was able to do with by setting up my template as the following:
Interaction Group Code = PHONE
Wizard Action = Yes
Attachment = Yes (I created a blank document with a few questions for the users)

When the user clicks on create interaction, it pops up Word automatically.
