Citrix international Platform for Navision 4.01

We are leading an intenational project, with hosting on a central platform accessed via Citrix web access.
We have two citrix servers and One SQL server, with separate databases per country.
We already get Finland hosted, and we are about to integrate Canada. I have heard that their are issues to have American version and WW Versions on the same citrix server.
Do you have some inputs ?
Do you have an experience on North american version with WW version on the same citrix server ?
