CompanyNotes and Terminalserver

We tried to install Attain 3.10 and Attain 3.60 on a terminal and metaframe environment.
Everything works as long as we don't activate the company notes.

Even we registered all dll's and ocx's manually, it seems the compnotes.dll has got a problem in a terminal installation.
The Attain Client get's an error when opening the database such as "Could not create an instance of OLE control or Automation server identified by GUID= ................: Unknown Automation Server. Unknown Class. Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered"

Does anybody have experiences ?

    Hi

It seems to as there is some standard dll/ocx missing on the terminal server that not necessarily installs with the comp notes. i.e. Check on your standard server (Win2k or NT) if there are any there that not are installed on your TS.

For some reasons the class-ID's {74C8D7F8-xxxxx}, {74C8D7FB-xxxxx} and {74C8D7FF-xxxxx} are not being registred correctly, even CompNotesHTML.dll is correct registered.

Once the file CompNotes.EXE is started manually, the classes are registered and the companynotes are working fine. :D
