Socket programming in Attain

Has someone experience with winsock programming in Attain? I need to communicate with a phonesystem that uses TCP/IP communication. I am having some problems with the Navision Communication Components and Navision Socket BusAdapter, so I am currently looking for a way to create a Visual Basic DLL that uses Winsock.
Is there some experience here?

Should not be that difficult to use the components in an OCX or Automation Server. (did this with the ping component).
