one report is used from some people, now I will for some people of them show special infos who are not visible of the rest of the people.

How about something like this in an extra section with the special data:

genOUTPUTONOFF(USERID='user who sould see special data');

Yeah AK is right

You add separate section . and show that section if user id is the one you want to show to.
