Help Navision Certification

Hi all,

i'm thaddeus from india. I've done M.Sc (electronics) & at present i'm doing MBA (IT- major , Marketing - Minor) in India. I'm doing a summer internship in a company where they have navision installed. I'm studying a CRM module which the marketing dept. is thinking of purchasing. I'm just studying the manuals and the demo database that navision CRM provides. I find it really interesting and i'm eager to do a certification navision in CRM.

I would like to know if any programming knowledge is required for this or not? I know C , VB, Oracle and so I hope it may help me.

If anyone could give me details on how many functional papers should I appear for navision CRM and will it be beneficial for me in the future or not?

I don't know much about the present scenario in the ERP environment. Are only programmers required or people like me can enter this segment.

I would like to know your views on this.
