Bank Account Reconcilliation

Hi,
My Client is facing problem with Bank acc. Reconc. . If the number of entries are more to reconcile , they had to remember till which entry they have reconciled . Now I have given a tick option so that they can tick thos e entries which they have checked for reconcilliation, but still they are not happy with deleting the entries which are not in statement.
Pls Suggest
