Problem with Creating Service Item Components Automatically

Hi,

I am stuck at the "Create Service Item Components Automatically" in Chapter 3: Service Items (Navision 4.0 Service Management Training). I tried to follow the steps. I managed to create the service item but the components are missing.

Can anyone tell me what I have done wrong? Please help.

The Service Item Component gets created at shipment of sales line the "Bom item no." field is populated.
The "Bom Item No." gets field only when you explode BOM on Sales line. So you have to sell the components to the client.

On component list form under function there is a function to copy from BOM. You can use that.
