are you talking about the process in Job Management? Or Manufacturing?
For job management, there are 4 processes you need to run in the periodic activities. Not sure about Manufacturing though.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog

still I am not able to understand the Inventory module of Navision.
Can any one please provide me a link to how Inventory Managemnt is done in Navision.?
How and when WIP(2140 No. in Charts of Accounts) and Finished goods(2120 No. in Charts of Accounts) accounts get updated?
When I run "Post Inventory Cost to G/L" batch I am able to see changes in 2120 Finished Goods but not in WIP. Also change in 2120 decreases the balance. Shouldn't it increase the balance?
I am not aware of the Inventory concepts?

Have you try reading up on the Help of Navision?
It explains to you, in detail, everything you need to know regarding these functionalities.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog
