How can use setfilter

Hi all,

I have,
Approving Authority 1,
Approving Authority 2,
Approving Authority 3 and Approving Authority 4
fields
and I want like
setfilter
"Approving Authority 1"='sar' or
"Approving Authority 2"='oer' or
"Approving Authority 3"='por' or
"Approving Authority 4"='dor'

How can use setfilter command in c/side
only use one field or i want multiple field
setfilter("Approving Authority 1",'sar')
:-k :-k :-k

You have to mark the records you want to consider.

filter field 1
mark records
clean first filter
filter field 2
mark records
....

then use markedonly

all right, but how can clean filter. Because i use reset but reset is delete all mark.

If you use SETRANGE(Field) you clear all the filters in that field.
