Nobody has received or seen it working outside of MS. I work for NSC and haven't seen a working demo. NSC and regular clients have to wait till the end of the year before seeing it.0

I saw some screen shots at a local user group meeting held at a MS facility here in NJ. And we got a brief run down of some of the new features. But other than that, I haven't seen much.
Given some of the problems with recent releases, maybe MS should release beta versions to the developer sector to work out some of the bugs before the release goes mainstream, like they do with all of their other software. There is no data, only bool!0 -

It's almost impossible to convince the end users to implement a beta version of their financial system, unless there is a good incentive.
Without the rigerous daily usage of the end user, it's hard to determine the bugs and problems they're going to encounter.
Wouldn't it be nice if Microsoft has a program to entice beta implementations?Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog

And that is why I mentioned the beta for the devloper sector. I surely don't expect live implementations of beta software, it's hard enough doing the implementation with fully service packed production software.
But imagine if we were able to get our hands on it, start programming in it, playing around, etc, how much further we all would be from a development standpoint, and from a product quality standpoint. There is no data, only bool!0 -
From what I understand, there is currently too much competition in ERP world, that is why they don't want to release beta version. Competitors can build the same functionality etc. Where as in OS world Vista beta was out 2 years before it going to be released.0

I'm not sure if releasing it to the developer sector would help reduce the bugs since the developers are looking at it from a technical standpoint.
A lot of problems are only found when the users are actually using the system for their daily operations.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog
