How to Use Flow Fields in Employee Portal

Great Day All,

I have created a web part for
1. Customer List
2. Customer Card
using customer table as mentioned in the documents......

I like to add one more field in the customer card, that is
Balance(LCY) (Flow Field)......so, i added this field in the customer card web part......and set the lookup. (using Detailed Ledger Entry)

After that, when i run my web part, i can able to see the field, Balance (LCY) customer card. But, when i click this lookup button in the web part....i am getting an error as

"Value cannot be null. Parameter name: Error loading lookup data. (10008).

can any body help out how to solve this....... :-k
