Displaying JPG pictures in reports

Hi all,
I have to display a picture in a report header. From documentation, it is possible to display static picture with the following attributes:

extension: .bmp
size: <32kb.

Is there any way to display a .jpg picture with a larger size? I have to add our company logo in the report header and the size is over 500 kb.

You cannot display jpg-images in a report. You'll need to convert it to bmp "on-te-fly" and use that bmp in your report.

Also I believe I remember a post from way back when..where someone cut there logo up into 4 parts (or so) and put it back together in the report. Like 4 smallers pics instead of 1 big.
