How to track all existing objects in a form?

My kind greeting to everyone,
I would be really grateful if anyone could guide me as to how I could learn all exisiting objects in a form without going though the codes! This is so because I am more of the functional side of Navision. In fact, I am setting out rights and permisssions to users and so, in order to give access to a user, I'll have to give him/her access to the existing objects found in the given form, and plus the object which is called from the form as well. Is there any executable program to track all objects in a form? I feel that would be very useful.
I thank you all for your vital help.
Kind regards,
Rajeev.

You can use either Code Coverage or Client Monitor to look at the objects that are "touched" by Navision for a specific action.

This download Navision Permission Role Wizard uses the info from Code Coverage to create user roles.

I believe there is this option in the securty section. in the tool>securitywindows login choose the specific user and click Roles. You can choose either the default permission in the program or pick & choose any typr of permision for any object / report / form / etc by navigation thru each object.
