I've got confused whether or not to use the NDT to upgrade from Navision 2.60 to 4.01.
How is your opinion to that? How can I deside wich changes are made by
customer - likly documentated ;-/ - or wich was made in order to use new functions?

Just a small question
Have you read the upgrade manual? The upgrade procedure is documented step-by step.
You need off-course some knowledge of navision to decide about customidasation issues.
