I use Navision Database Server and It has 2 service, One is Production and another is Test.

In Hosts file , I add.... (I add in Server and All Client)
192.168.0.1 PRODUCTION
192.168.0.1 TEST

In Service file, I add... (I add in Server and All Client)
PRODUCTION 2431/TCP
TEST 2432/TCP

My Problem is when i use Navision to connect to PRODUCTION. It's work.
But I connect to TEST. It's not work.

Some Client cannot connect to the TEST server and it's show the error "Please check in Hosts file and Services file.".

Some Client can connect to the database but it's connect to PRODUCTION database. (In this case I use ServerName = TEST and when I go to Database >> Information ... It show ServerName = TEST but Database Name = PRODUCTION.FDB)

I don't know what happend when i connect to the server? and How to Solve it?

When you installed the services for the DB, did the services file on the host already contain both entries?
If not, probably you have to de-install the TEST-db and re-install it.

Check that every computer has same copy of hosts and services files...
