Hi,

I have a question regarding the LS Ratail. May I know how to display the Item Picture on the expansion small screen (to show it to user) when each time I scan an item?

Because I am only able to display a static picture on the expansion screen when i change the hardware profile -> DispLine. What I need is to display a dynamic picture whenever I scan a new Item.

Is it possible to do that?? I am really hoping to get your reply as soon as possible. Thank you very much

Yes it's possible. In order to turn it on you have to go to LS Retail -POS -> Profile-> Hardware. On general tab there is a field called Show Picture. Check that field for the hardware profile and it should work.

It would be nice if you could share your experience with LS Retail. How long you've been using it. What kind of problems you've run into, and your experience with datadirector, if you are using it.
