Employee Portal and IIS Stopping for no reason

We are running Employee Portal in a domain environment. Everything is working perfect, but somehow, every night, some service stops IIS, which in turn, of course, causes NAS to not be able to get a reply from the queueus.
I restart IIS, restart NAS and Voila, everything's working again. Can ANYONE please help?

The only 2 event logs that indicates some sort of problem are the following :
