Navision Email Logging

Please can anyone offer any advice, we have a client that is running 3.70A Navision and trying to use the email logging interaction however this is causing navision to crash constanly to the point where they are not able to use this, i have spoken to MBS support who have recommended upgrading which is obviously not really the best idea for the client ( cost etc)

Here is the message from the event ID

The description for Event ID ( 1000 ) in Source ( Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer.

    Is this full event log?
After this it should say something like:

"The following information is part of the event: bla bla bla..."

You could test it with the new version and see if you can just use the new DLL file and you don't have to upgrade.

Use the new client and see if you can use the email logging without crashing. If it works the install the new DLL on all computers and compile the navision objects with the new automation.
