Automation and SQL

Hello !

I would to know if i can modify (insert new Records in a Tabel)
in an SQL Microsoft Database via Automation, have anybody some
experience in this area ?

I will to open the database and put to Fields from a Navison
Tabel into an SQL Tabel.
