Citrix hangs

We're running Navision (4SP1) onder Citrix.
From time to time Citrix keeps hanging while "Checking your credentials....".
This is only when one tries to start Navision (all other applications seem not to have this problem).
Anyone?

No PM,please use the forum. || May the <SOLVED>-attribute be in your title!
Sometimes the Navision logo stays put on screen and the application hangs. Reviewing the event viewer , it states :
Hanging application fin.exe, version 3.70.0.14068,
hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0,
hang address 0x00000000.
Anybody had any experience
