Problem with IIS Component Service

Installed Employee Portal Succuessfully in domain environment. Suddenly stopped working. Checked Event Log : Problem with DCOM component service IIS WAMREG and IIS Admin Service. I changed permissions to include domain admin account. Everything worked again, which told me it definitely had something to do with NAS permissions to interact with component services. (I am also starting NAS with this domain account).
However, next day, some group policy was run on servers in network environment, and EP was timing out again.
What should permissions be on these two component services, and what else could prevent NAS to have sufficient permissions to run EP? I checked MSMQ and they are working fine.
Help would be much appreciated.
