Alternatives for Vision Pay Payroll

We have several clients with the Vision Pay payroll.

We are interested in knowing what alternatives for payroll there are for a possible new Navision client.

Other than using a service like ADP, does anyone have experience with integrating alternative payroll modules into Navision? Recommendations?
