Undo Shipment for version 2.60

Hi,

I want to try to copy the 'Undo Shipment' functionality into a 2.60 version.
Is that possible and, if yes, has anyone done that before?

Anything is possible. I would worry about costing on item ledger. Good luck. I would upgrade the customer db instead of implement such functionality.
