Hi,
I would like some advice on a good Navision Re-Seller/support/training consultancy.
We are running Attain 3.6 on SQL server and previously had it set up by a german company. We would like a local point of contact (preferably local to London) for support, training and poss development.
If any UK based Navision users have had good experiences with a UK based Navision re-seller/consultancy please let me know OR bad ones to avoid!! I know one I would prefer to stay clear of!
any advice would be much appreciated
thanks
David

It would not be right for anyone to name a reseller as a bad risk.
There could be a number of reasons for a bad implementation, these are just a few:
The Customer's: low budget, not enough time, all of the requirement driven through the company's "guru", no operational analysis, poor communication, no training.
The Reseller: Over trading, low skilled consultants, no built in provisional sums, not highlighting known functional shortages to the customer, thinking get the contract and we can load it up later, under quoting to win the contract, not understanding the requirement.
A Reseller could have ten Customers and you get feed back from the one that is unhappy.
