AddOld error when opening Word Document with macro

Hi,

One of our customers has the following problem which we do not have an answer for:

When executing a word automation they get the following (word) error: "Could Not Open Macro Storage".

The dot.file they use has a macro stored in it. They work with Office 2000 SP3 version 9.0.6926

We have tried the following steps:
- reregister the NLSApplHandler.DLL
- update Office 2000 with the latest servicepacks
- Made sure that de macro does not has a symbol (like e.g. %,#,$,-) in its name.

Does anyone has a suggestion?

Check their security option in word, and make sure they have enable Macros.
