German payment layout file DTAUS - Direct Debit

A question for Navision users from Germany: is there functionality available to create a payment file according to the DTAUS layout version 2.03?
The goal of this document is to collect and make at disposal the necessary information to companies that wish to improve German direct debits with the ING Group.
More specifically, this document aims to provide companies with guidelines in such a way that they can implement in their own ERP or payroll packages a layout to be sent to the ING Group for a German direct debit.
A direct debit consists of a financial transaction between two accounts held in the same country (Germany).
The layout described is based on the DTAUS layout and fits to local and ING requirements.
