NAS Starting problem

Hello, I have NAvision 3.7 with SQL.
I Install NAS, when i try tu run the service of MBS-NAvision, it run a error, Error 1 incorrect funcion.
I cant create a application server because the service NAS is not running

I came across this issue and in my case I verified:
1. That Windows login exists in Navision for NAS.
2. Start-up parameter value has been specified (in my case I had to).
3. Log on account for NAS.
