Sales-Purchase No. in Item Ledger Entry Table

Hi everyone,

I want the Sales No. & Purchase No. in Item Ledger Entry because after posting in Sales Invoice I am creating one report . In that report I need that , for that I am using Item Ledger Entry(Table no. 32) . In this table there is no field of Sales No., Purchase no.

How can I solve this prob.

Why don't you use table 5802 Value Entry and filter for Type Purchase or Sale.

The Entry Type ( Sale, Purchase...) , Document No. and the Source No. (Sell-to Customer No. , Buy-from Vendor No.) are available both in the Item Ledger Entries and the Value Entries.

But I need both Sales No (from sales header). & Purchase No. (from purchase header) also.

Hi Sandip

The ledger entry Document No will give you the Sales Shipment and Purchase Receipt Numbers whereas the Value entry will give your the Sales Invoice and Purchase Invoice numbers. :P
