I think you could also use www.google.com with search type ERP system, SAP or Navision. Also, maybe www.wikipedia.org could give your want.
Congratulations for that. I also had a prospect who found out that implementing Navision would be a LOT cheaper than R/2 ->R/3 migration, but sadly the HQ turned it down.

Some how my clients are running in SAP now and wants to migrate to NAV as they find SAP to be more sophisticated for their business and ofcourse the cost factor is also there .
Could you please share this migration experience if you had it as a case study?? so that I could convince my client about it????
I mean don't want you to tell me the migration process but I would like to how convinced the clients were about NAV compared to SAP....

I think u get some documents from PartnerSource (Microsoft Dynamics).
I agree with Kamil, the best way is contact MS directly.
