I am working on a Navision 4.00 SP1 Database on SQL Server 2005
I am setting up Users with roles and permissions in the database and synchronising all users when logged in as the database owner. However, when I log in as a user to test the permissions set-up, I find that while performing a number of tasks I repeatedly get the following error messages...
EG 1: After Suggesting Vendor Payments in a Payment Journal, when I go to Preview Cheques, I get the message "TableData 28003 Does not exist."
Table 28003 is "Address ID". We are not using multiple addresses, so there is no data in this table. When I am logged in as a super user I do not get this error.
EG 2: After Suggesting Vendor Payments in a Payment Journal, when I go to Print Cheques, I get the message "TableData 332 Does not exist."
Table 332 is "Currency Total Buffer" and we are not using multiple currencies, so there is no data in this table. When I am logged in as a super user I do not get this error.
EG 3: When creating a new Purchase Invoice, after Inserting a new record (F3) and choosing the correct number series, upon leaving the No. field, I get the message "TableData 28003 does not exist".
This also does not occur when I am logged in as a super user.
Can anyone tell me why this is occuring? The user that gets this message has the all Standard Navision P&P roles. I suspect it may be a synchronisation problem, as it does not happen every time I am logged in as the user, but I am not sure what I could be doing wrong with synchronisation??? (I do not receive any error messages when I synchronise after making a change to Roles/Permissions).
Any help would be appreciated ](*,) .
