How to calculate set form size in pixel

I want to create a form with this size: 320x240 pixel.
But I can use only syze in 1/100 of mm.
Is it possible to calculte at runtime the form size in mm corresponding to the PIXEL size? :?:

1) You need DPI of used monitor
2) You need width x height of current desktop
3) after that, you can calc the values...
