Hi again

I have problem with navision, navision run normally in my computer, sometimes in another computer run slowlly.
How to calculate navision performance by seeing these parameters : server ability/specification, client ability/specification,
network ability, client count, client session or anything that can effect to navision performance ?

Thank in advance

    For that computer:
-is there enough memory and processor power for Navision and possible other processes that are running on that PC? Remember that the processing of data is done on the client, so if 1 client is slow in posting an invoice, all the other clients have to wait for this slow client.
-when working, are other processes using the network, this can slow down the receiving/sending of data from/to the server.
-Is the hardware functioning well on the PC (especially the networkcard)?

    Dear All,
I think many of the new members of the forum always posting a question in wrong forum. One of them is now in this navision attain forum. He didn't explain he used NAV attain or DOS or NA 4.00 SP1 or SP2. So, the moderator asked him back.
If you use NA 4.00 SP1, you must know that navision can be store in the SQL server or not. I suggest you to use standard method that is available in navision or SQL server manuals. but I will try next to explain more detail after knowing your navision type.

    Rgds,
