Document handling in Navision 4.0

Does anybody know how to re-open a document, make corrections and save it again?

Basis the document is opened in readonly mode. If you make corrections and save, "save where dialogbox" is showing.

Please help....thanks...... \:D/

Hi,
You can reopen your documents use the menu button Functions -> Reopen.

In Navision no save button button required. Once you enter the data, it is consider saved

I think there is a misunderstanding ...

What do you mean by "Document" ? Documents in Navision itself like Sales Order, Invoices ... or attached documents to Navision (like a Word or Excel file) ?

With documents in this case, I mean Word documents.

At the bottom "Function" is no re-open facility, its only possible to re-send... means auto send to printer og to e-mail.

Its not possible to re-open...make corrections and save at samen place.. In this case in the database.
