Hi,
Every user logs a query, expecting response. some queries more to page 3 o4 10 without unanswered ( un responded). So if we can filter on "Replies" or a filter to say "unresponded Queries" that would be nice. It saves us time to scroll across pages.
Also not all users mark the query as completed or sloved. Given an option of "satisfied/solved. close the query" , user can reply and if this optin is ticked the query can be marked as solved. It saves us lot of time to scroll across pages and queries.
