Hello everybody,
I like to modify the standard G/L Account Report in Navision 4.0 SP1 in such a way that it does not show any reverse transaction entries made.
Can someboy help me? Can it be done with the report designer and does it need some programming?

Anyways if you don't want to see the gl entries that are reverse entries, just filter on gl entry on field "Reversed Entry No." <> 0
If the report allows you to filter on GLEntry table, you can select the field and set the filter. No programming required

The G/L Account Sheet is report 11522 which is a localised version of Switzerland. Unfortunately there is no “Reversed” field which I can filter in this report. For your information, the G/L Account Sheet (nr. 11522) does print all the active G/L Entries reports in one job.
Following your recommendation, I tried the G/L Entries report (nr. 11521). In this report, the “Reversed” filed is available, and after I set the “Reversed” field to “No” the selected account sheet did not show any of the reverse transactions anymore. =D>
I’m working now to adapt the localised G/L Account Sheet nr. 11522 in such a way, that I could select the “Reversed” field in this report as well. Any help/proposals to finish this job would be appreciated.
Anyways, thanks for the reply, which helped to focus in the right direction.

I do not have yet the form designer available. But I will buy and add this granule to my licence now. Otherwise I cannot adapt reports to my requirements.
Today I have compared the Swiss Version of Navision with the International Version and found out, that the Detailled Trial Balance Report (nr. 4) in the international version of Navision is practically the same as the Swiss G/L Account Sheet (nr. 11522) . It has the same fileds and it has the the same print outs. And in both reports the "Reverse Transition" field cannot be filtered in the G/L acount tab. But the International Version has one interesting feature in the option tab, which allows to check a check box for filtering reversed entries, which is not available in the Swiss Version for any reason I do not understand.
Nevertheless, I assume that the Swiss "Nr. 11522" report and the International Report "Nr. 4" report are practically the same - and therefore have the same program structure.
Hence as conclusion I would suggest taking the Detail Trial Balance report Nr. 4 of the International Version of Navision as basis for our further discussions.
