We are doing a Post Implementation Review for a POS sales system for a small retail clothing company.
What are the tests or observations must be performed to come up with the PIR for this system?
What data collection is required to come up with some specifications? what are the major issues of concern for a company in evaluating its POS sales system?
The products in reference is POS system/Infostore/GoPro

The Infostore and the GoPro have merge and are know called LSRetail. http://www.lsretail.com.
Im a customer of theres and Im running the system in 20 stores with 1-4 POS in each store. Its works fine for me.
