Reconciled Button on Customer Card - User rights

Dear all,

I have another beginner problem where I don't come forward:

On the Customer Card (general tab) we have a "reconciled" check box.
I now have the problem that some users have can change it and some not. What did I do so far:

- I checked the user rights which are similar
- I checked the form designer (customer card) and the C/AL editor but
couldn't find a way why some people can check and uncheck it and
some not

Where else could I have a look at?

Probably it is done by some code.
A trick to find that code : change the Name-property of the check box and then compile the form (no need to save it). It will give an error and point to the code.
