Fixed Assets Acquisition cost

when i am posting fixed assets from the purchase order with structure values like Freight, Octroi and Sales Tax. Then the acquisition cost of that fixed assets is the orginal direct cost only without structure values. So depreciation calculation of my fixed assets is less as my fixed asset acquisition value is less. Please guide me on this soon
