Permission to Control new DB creation in MBS Nav4.0 SQL

Hi,

I noticed that the new Database creation option in 'File -> Database -> New' cannot be disabled, even with the most basic user role.

Is there any permission to disable the option?

if its's sql you can control the security on sql side. On Native, they can only create local empty db without any objects.
