Business Notification cannot setup email for send

I have a problem about business notification
i already install everything for Navision Business Notification
and then after connected to business notification for create
scheme and i input email address and description
and after than i click OK for finish setup scheme
have errro message popup and if i click Don't Send
Navision business notification restart itself

everyone who know how to solve this proplem
please tell me
