Scrolling Window on Tab Form

I have tried adding a Scrolling Window as a Subform on a Tab of a Form.

For example, add a Subform to Tab 3 of the Customer Card which allows entry of data into a new table.

Problem is that every time the form is opened, no matter where the focus was, the focus of the form now opens to the scrolling window subform rather than the first field on the first tab. Even tried setting ActiveControlOnOpen explicitly.

If the Subform is set to Focusable=No, then the form acts normally, opening on Tab 0 , first field (such as Customer No.). Otherwise, always opens to the scrolling window on Tab 3.

Any idea what is going on here?

On the subform : put the property "DelayedInsert"=Yes.
