W1 3.60 database with all hotfixes

I have a problem getting a clean W1 database with all hotfixes. PartnerSource site is completely messed up, and what it says is a W1 for most hotfixes contains some local objects.
Can somebody send me a W1 3.60 database with all hotfixes applied or point me where I can download all corect W1 hotfixes.
