Are all NAV 4.0 exams based on the W1 version?

Hi there,
Have been out of the business for a while and have to update all my certifications now.
So are there no more countryspecific exams? And the W1 version comes not anymore with every CD that contains a countryversion?

The W1-version has it's own CD('s).
